I have no magic formula unfortunately, there is no ... but there are fundamental.
The first is to think of himself. What we want to do? In fact, if we do not take care of ourselves , we will not be able to take care and be considerate of others.
So yes, the thought that care of oneself means being selfish, is nonsense. If we do not giving itself time for yourself, nobody can we propose spontaneously.
The second thing is to put the attention and love in our everyday actions. Our thoughts are creative, and nothing is being done is useless.
The third tip I can give you is to find a psychoanalyst or psychotherapist , someone who can help if evil be is installed, because sometimes, just a little help to find a new life can be beneficial. It's expensive, some will say, and yes, it means that we must forego other things, but for a given time and the benefit is priceless!
The last council finally, is to remember that we are a body and an E sprit, and if the body is neglected and suffering, the mind may also suffer.
We are all kind and loving beings, smile, listen and be attentive and respectful and what lives around us.
And we can change the course of our lives, it never too late. Believe that things are frozen is not fair, if someone tells you that you will not succeed, you turn away from his words, believe in yourself and discover you :-)
