Restaurants: The Cellar 33 - Cours Saint Emilion Paris
In the series, I test a restaurant and I like it or not, I present the Cellar 33 - Cours Saint Emilion Paris.
Score = Bad / Cher.
The setting is nice, but the food and service do not follow.
In the kitchen, dishes are beautifully presented but bland. Espumas is a foam, a lawyer and not mixed (evil ..), a fruit tiramisu looks like a stodgy as my grandmother would say, a kind of biscuit, a red fruit coulis and a 1mm Funny mascarpone mousse lightness, fat, no flavor, it seemed that I eating fat ...
Chief: Have you tasted your kitchen !!!!!!!!!!!! Or do you suffer from taste loss?
service absent 1/2h to take an order, not a smile and a dizzying sense of speed.
short this was a good few years ago and then fly well, unless you like cheese and wine :-) (Products subcontracting does not leave the kitchen!)
